Our Approach to Building
We work with you from the design to the finishing touches, ensuring that the project has the look and feel that you desire. We pay attention to the details, from the closet layout to the best type of roofing for your house. K & S approaches each house as an individual statement of your style.
We aggressively manage projects to ensure smooth progress. We pride ourselves on having a reputation for excellent craftsmanship and quality. With K & S, there are no surprises, all of our projects are completed on time and on budget.
Services
Feasibility meeting – We are happy to meet with you for a complimentary site visit to discuss your project. If you are just starting out, we can make suggestions and budgeting ideas. With completed plans, we can review them for any construction issues and give a preliminary estimate.
Design – If you don’t have plans or an architect, we can arrange for the design of your project through one of several highly skilled architects. Or, we are happy to work with an owner-selected architect.
Bidding and Schedule – When you are ready, we will prepare a detailed, comprehensive bid and schedule for your project.
