They are also available in specialty windows and patio doors. The slider and single-hung styles feature equal-sized glass for a balanced viewing-area. All units give you the lines of traditional wood windows. White, almond and clay color options will enhance the look of any home. Distinctive Looks - The Cascade Series offers a distinctive appearance normally associated with wood windows. They feature a fixed sash, giving the window true visual balance. Depth - The fixed sash and glass of the Cascade Series is set back from the exterior of the frame, presenting a balanced frame appearance and increasing the stability of the window frame. Hardware - Cascade Series single-hung and slider windows feature our AutoLock self-latching system. The hardware automatically latches when the window is closed. Cascade casement windows feature secure multi-point latching hardware. Strength -Cascade Series vinyl windows are built for longevity. The mainframe is 3 1/4" thick with strong internal walls for added stability. The fixed interlock and meeting rail are reinforced as well. The insulated glass unit is installed toward the center of the frame rather than at the face of the window, reducing the weight load on the frame and improving performance. Patio Doors     Cascade Patio Doorsare designed for years of smooth operation. With our energy saving features, you’ll find that Cascade Patio Doors do more than operate well and look good. They are designed to be an integral part of your home’s defenses against the elements. All Cascade Patio Doors include Edgetech’s Warm Edge Spacer System. Our low-e options can help keep the elements out of your home as well. Cascade Patio Door Features Rigid, multi-chambered PVC extrusions provide structural integrity and thermal insulation qualities. Precision mitered and heat-fusion welded corners. Integral vinyl pre-punched nailing flange for fast and efficient installation. High performance dual weather stripping minimizes air infiltration, reducing energy costs. Metal reinforced interlock, providing superior strength and rigidity. Flared, interlocking profiles result in consistent and reliable operation and provides a tight seal. Decorative, heavy-duty Euro handle is standard on all units. They also provide easy opening and closing with maximum security and airtight seal. Two fully adjustable metal rollers provide smooth operation and reliable performance year after year. High performance glazing options include Low-E coatings, tints, solar-cool reflective glass, and argon gas. Standard 5/8” wide internal grids are available in white, almond, clay or bronze. Decorative 5/16” wide pencil or slimline grids are available in white, gold, silver or pewter. Euro grids are available in white, almond or clay. Custom designed grid patterns are also available. Rolling screens are standard on all units. Patio doors are available with a keyed lock. Exterior Doors CODEL ENTRY SYSTEMS ® - SMOOTH FIBERGLASS DOORS The Smooth Fiberglass door from Codel is virtually maintenance free and does not require painting to maintain the full 25-year limited warrenaty. Unlike other brands of fiberglass doors that offer only wood edges, the COdel Smooth Fiberglass door is manufactured with composite edges as well as composite top and bottom rails, leaving no exposed wood. The Codel Fiberglass door has a clean appearance, as we use a radius mortised hinge instead of swiping completely through the door edge. Interior Doors The Masonite Molded Panel Series is the industry benchmark for all composite wood doors. This series utilizes a composite wood construction that results in a more durable door that resists warping, shrinking, and cracking better than a solid wood door. This series comprises the seven primary door designs you expect in an interior door line. Constructed with composite wood for strength and durability. Door Facings are made with by-product wood chips reflecting Masonite’s commitment to environmental excellence. Door Hardware Quality All metal construction, all exposed components are brass or stainless steel, nickel plated brass key. Security KW1-Keyway standard (SCC available), 5 pin tumbler cylinder, solid brass cylinder core. Convenience Cylinder removable for rekeying, adjustable for 1-3/8” ~ 1-3/4” door thickness, 2-3/8” ~ 2-3/4” adjustable backset, easy installation, can be keyed alike with any EZ-Set lockset, 2-1/8” door prep.
